At an event featuring Dr. West Aaron Harvey and Brandon “Tiny Doo” Duncan, focusing on the prosecution of 33 black men through the use of an obscure and draconian gang injunction law (Penal Code 182.5), California Assemblymember, Shirley Weber spoke at Lincoln High School on the challenges of getting an anti-racial profiling bill through the California State Legislature and into law.
